Koorsen Fire Museum Strategic Plan
A team and I from the museum studies program helped create a strategic plan for the Koorsen Fire Museum. We conducted an internal and external analysis, and created proposals to help them better understand their audience, define their organizational structure, and expand their business plan.
Children's Museum Paleolab Internship Gorgosaurus Project
As part of my internship with the Children's Museum of Indianapolis' Paleo Lab, I was tasked with creating new storage for their Gorgosaurus fossils within the collection. I relabeled and constructed new boxes for 60 Gorgosaurus specimens.
Museum of Broken Relationships Data Collection Project
As part of IUI Muesum Studies program's partnership with the Museum of Broken Relationship, I assisted in data collection for their Indianapolis exhibition. I conducted surveys of visitors and charted visitor paths and areas of intrest throughout the exhibit.
Indiana Medical History Museum Digitization Project
As part of my internship with the Indiana Medical History Museum, I assisted in the creation of a digital archive of their document collection. I scanned, uploaded, and wrote meta data for over 100 documents and helped get the collection started.

The Children's Museum Paleolab Prenoceratops paint stripping project
During my internship with the Children's Museum of Indianapolis' Paleo Lab, I was asked to remove the paint from their Prenoceratops specimen's skull. The museum wanted to remove the fossil components from the cast components. To assist the lab in locating and safely removing the fossils, i removed all the paint using acetone and an electric toothbrush over the period of several weeks.
